London Lately

Saturday 2 April 2016

With London set to be as hot as Barcelona this weekend (hello 18°C!), I felt inspired to publish a round up of some London outings I've had over the last few weeks. If you're planning a Euro-trip this summer or just have time for a weekend in London, these spots should make the top of your list!

1.Walk across  Millenium Bridge and top it off with endless snacks at Borough Market. *Bonus - Get off around Bank (subway station) to walk past St. Paul's en route! Alternatively, Broadway Market in Hackney is also a great place to spend a gastronomic afternoon.

Pants: Rag & Bone | Jacket: Whistles | Sunglasses: Persol (My favourites) | Bag: Gucci | Top: Boden | Ballerinas: Chanel

2. Have a brunch date at Ginger and White followed by chills in Hampstead Heath - if it's warm enough, you can even swim in one of the ponds.

3. Have a "me" day - My favourite spas in London are Cowshed for their pedicures, and French and Corry for their facials.

4. Here's a classic shot I took of Big Ben! While you're in the area, hit up all the main spots nearby: Trafalgar Square, The London Eye, Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace.

5. Head up to Sushi Samba or Duck & Waffle for a drink and a killer view of London. Bonus* Duck and Waffle is open 24/7 so you can literally go there for beautiful views at any odd hour of the night!

6. Channel your inner Ringo Starr and walk across Abbey Road in the neighbourhood of St John's Wood.

Pants: ASOS | Boots: Michael Kors (on sale!) | Coat: Sandro (Similar - on sale!)

7. Indulge in a British afternoon tea at The Orangery at Kensington Palace - or if you're really feeling like splurging, head to the Michelin starrred Sketch

8. Spend a lazy afternoon exploring Kew Gardens and the waterfront in Richmond.

9. Dig into some oh-so-good-London-style Indian food - my favourite spots so far are Guglee, Dishoom and Tayyabs (BYOB).

10. If you have time, take the bus to Stonehenge. It takes about 2 hours to get there, but can definitely be done in a morning one weekend! We booked the Stonehenge Express - the tour and transportation takes around 6 hours door-to-door.

That's it for now! Thanks for following along on my London adventures!
